Youth Fitness

While young people are beginning to play sports, it is important that they work on their balance, strength and coordination. Trainers at Xcel Youth Sports assist young children using body-weight exercise and calisthenics, while applying strength training and and more advanced sport-specific exercises for middle and upper school children.
