ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
One-on-one personal training involves one of our skilled personal trainers working with you to achieve your goals. This training can be done at your home, workplace or Fitness First Gyms in Bethesda and Northwest DC. Xcel Fitness and Youth Sports is a separate entity from Fitness First.) GROUP FITNESS PROGRAM
If you have a group of friends, colleagues, and/or family looking to get in shape, then forming a group is a great option. These well-designed and demanding programs are structured so that each person is able to work at their own fitness level. Classes are held during designated days and times of the week, at a particular location of your choice such as your home or workplace.
TANDEM TRAINING PROGRAM
Tandem Training is a hybrid between the one-on-one and group training. This is performed with one or two of your friends training along side of you. At Fitness First Gyms, or your home or workplace, we will circuit different exercises, challenging every one of your muscles with high-tempo movements.
