Xcel offers different programs for personal training and fitness. We customize our workouts to fit your fitness goals. Please look over the options below and select which one best fits your desired training program.
ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
In addition to working with the schools in the area, we have provided fitness and sports training to individuals (ages 3 through 88) for the past fifteen years. We can train you and/or the members of your family in your home, local park, or at the Lawton, Wisconsin Place, and Coffield Community Centers. So whether your goals are general health, sports-related, or rehabilitating an injury, we welcome the opportunity to work with you, or members of your family.
GROUP FITNESS PROGRAM
If you have a group of friends, colleagues, and/or family looking to get in shape, then forming a group is a great option. These well-designed and demanding programs are structured so that each person is able to work at their own fitness level. Classes are held during designated days and times of the week, at a particular location of your choice such as your home or workplace.
TANDEM TRAINING PROGRAM
Tandem Training is a hybrid between the one-on-one and group training. This is performed with one or two of your friends training along side of you. Training can be preformed in-home, at the workplace, local park, or at the Lawton, Wisconsin Place, and Coffield Community Centers.
