We are accepting registrations for fall classes. Below you will find registration and activity information for Little Flower.
Important Notes about Classes:
What your child should bring to class each week…
-snack to eat before class
-change of clothes (if necessary based on activity or weather). There is no specific required clothing. This is up to your discretion.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION AT LITTLE FLOWER
If you have more than one child participating in the same activity, you can save time when registering by typing your children’s first names in the “First Name” template of the registration form. This way, only one form will need to be filled out per activity. Likewise, if you have a child who would like to participate in more than one activity, you can type the various activities in the “Activity” template.

Jump Rope Fitness
This is a new offering at Little Flower, provided by Jeremy Patten of Xcel Fitness and Youth Sports. Jump Rope is a great fitness activity for boys and girls. Students will learn and master the art of jumping various rope styles, while having a great time! The benefits of jumping rope include increasing stamina, improving agility, and building endurance.
All skill levels are welcome.
Our curriculum includes:
*Jumping with a small single rope individually.
*Jumping with a large single rope as a group.
*Double Dutch, which consist of jumping with two ropes.
*Core and Plyometric Exercises (Planks, Side Planks, Push-ups, Burpees, etc.)
This class is for Boys and Girls, Grades K-2
All equipment for this class is provided.
Dates and Location: 8 Classes, Tuesdays 3:00pm-4:00pm, in Little Flower Hall
The cost of the 8-class session is $170.
